Sushmita Barua is a forth-year student at Penn State University majoring in chemical engineering with a minor in biomedical engineering. Sushmita has been part of the TEDxPSU team since her sophomore year, and will be serving as one of the Salon Directors for the 2021-22 school year. In addition to TEDxPSU, Sushmita is serves as the Professional Development Director for the Impact Scholars program, and is one of the logistics chairs for the PSU student chapter of AIChE. Sam Arora is a Senior at Penn State Majoring in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Leadership and Development. Sam served as the content manager for TEDxPSU 2022 and his endeavor for content and events developed due to his interest at working in the event management and content development. Sam is currently the Events Director for TEDxPSU. Outside of TEDxPSU, Sam is an undergraduate researcher in material sciences, a technical analyst for KCF Technologies and is an avid swimmer and chess player.
